JUNA lowers barriers for e-trucks

JUNA, a joint venture of Scania and sennder, combines premium electric truck solutions with access to green loads to drive the electrification of road logistics while reducing the risk for carriers when adopting electric trucks.

JUNA's business model is to offer electric trucks as total solutions, including all services such as repair, maintenance, insurance, or support for electrification. The "e-truck-as-a-service" model, where the e-truck is used rather than purchased, significantly lowers the barrier for logistics companies in heavy goods transportation to use e-trucks.
